As the host it will be your responsibility to procure the event license with the state - I am more than happy to assist you in this process.

 I operate a "dry hire" bar which means that either you, your caterer, or your venue must provide the alcohol under Virginia ABC Laws. This gives you complete control over the menu and pricing. So you are in total control of the alcohol! 

Depending on  your package and needs I provide everything else! Cups (Plastic unless otherwise discussed) Napkins, Equipment, Garnishes, Mixers,  Bar, menu planning and curated shopping list, insurance and myself! My Goal is to eliminate any stress I can and leave you with nothing but a great drink and great event!  

I am centrally located in Mineral Virginia, giving me access to serve Richmond, Fredericksburg and Charlottesville (and surrounding areas) However, give me a shout and we will see what we can do! *travel fee may be applicable depending on distance at $0.75 a mile. 

 We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation and to hold your date - and 50% due on the day of your event.
